Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of SociaCue, a social media content planning, approval and publishing service operated by Gregory Haralambous, trading as SociaCue, 20 Plane Crescent, Silverglades, Fish Hoek, 7975, South Africa. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@sociacue.com.
The service
SociaCue helps agencies and their clients plan, preview, review, approve and publish social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We may add, change or remove features as the service develops.
Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by registering with an email address or by invitation from your agency.
- The service has two user roles: managers (agency staff) and client users. Managers control client workspaces and decide which client users have access.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for having authority to act for the business or organisation you represent.
- You must provide accurate information when registering or when your details change.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you upload to SociaCue.
- You give us permission to store your content, display it within the service to the right users, and publish it to the social accounts connected for your workspace — when and as approved in the service.
- You must have the rights to any content you upload, and your content and its publication must comply with the terms of each social platform it is published to.
- We may remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or to publish content you are not authorised to publish.
- Don't infringe anyone's rights — including copyright, trademark and privacy rights — with content you upload.
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, accounts or systems.
- Don't interfere with the service's operation or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we aim to keep it running smoothly, we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be discontinued.
Fees and subscriptions
We may introduce paid subscription plans. When we do, the pricing, billing frequency and the cancellation and refund terms that apply will be published on this website before you subscribe, and those published terms will govern your subscription.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SociaCue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the maximum extent that such limitations are allowed by the law that applies to you.
Ending the service
- You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from account settings in the app. Data removal is described on our Data Deletion page.
- Agency managers can remove client users or delete client workspaces at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.
Third-party platforms
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are independent services governed by their own terms. Connecting and publishing to them happens under those platforms' rules, and we are not responsible for their actions or availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If consumer protection law applies to you, you keep any mandatory rights it gives you, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always on this page with its revision date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
